Quick Fit Weight Loss ProgramThe Quick-Fit Program – For Individuals 30 lbs or less overweight needing help getting started.The Quick-Fit program is ideal for individuals who are thirty pounds or less overweight and need help getting started. The Quick Fit Program includes a Physician Consult, Comprehensive Health Assessment, a Nutrition Consult, an Exercise Prescription, Unlimited Cooking & Education Classes, Access to the Web Portal and a Gold’s Gym™ Membership. The Quick Fit Program lasts for three months and at that time, if you wish, you can move into the Change for Good program. Pricing
Quick-Fit ProgramThe program will consist of educating clients about total fitness by giving them the tools to jump start their weight loss. Guidance by an ILWM Exercise Physiologist includes 3 progress visits per week and a Web-based tracking of progress. Duration: 3 months or longer (average 12 weeks) Components:
Example of a Quick-Fit ProgramDay 1: Exercise lecture and exercise. Initial weight and body composition taken. Day 2: Nutritional lecture and exercise. Day 18: (Midpoint) another exercise/nutritional lecture. Continue with exercise program. Day 36: (last day) final weight and body composition taken. Congratulations ceremony/certificate that emphasizes and celebrates individuals improvement. Monthly tutoring sessions (topics rotated, 10 minutes) Exercise Classes:Discuss body composition topics and associated risks of minimal exercise, daily physical activity guidelines, how to incorporate “fitness” into daily life, strength and endurance. Nutrition Classes:Discussion classes on the basics of nutrition, portion control, nutritional label reading and more conducted several times monthly.
