Behavioral and Life Coaching Center

In conjunction with our Change for Good Program, The Institute of Lifestyle and Weight Management is offering an add-on Cognitive Behavioral Treatment Regimen. This class is a twelve-week program and requires a $699 fee in addition to the ILWM monthly fee. This comprehensive treatment program was developed at Oxford University and requires a significant commitment level; it will include one-on-one as well as group sessions with a licensed psychologist. Each participant into this program will need to be a member of ILWM and meet certain qualifications in order to participate. This intense program includes the following topics:

  • Intake assessment
  • Self-monitoring techniques
  • Health and disease state curriculum
  • Introduction to SMART goal setting
  • Coping with challenging eating environments
  • Breaking destructive thinking patterns
  • Introduction to Appetite Awareness Model
  • Weekly weigh-ins
  • Importance of exercise
  • Weight maintenance
